Delivery to Ireland and Europe is £3.99. Tracked per item.

Your privacy is important to us. Our delivery service is 100% discreet. All orders are dispatched in plain boxes or envelopes for smaller items. Our packaging is tuff and of great quality. The name adultshopit will not be shown anywhere on the outer packaging.  There is no reference to the items contained in the parcel or anywhere on the outer packaging; you will receive a totally plain box you can shop in confidence. Your credit or debit card statement will only show the name shopit.


At Adultshopit, we run an easy and fair Returns Policy.


The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 states that you, as a client, have the full right to cancel any order without giving a reason within seven days of purchases.

Please remember we will only refund goods if unopened, not used or unworn in original packaging and sealed with tags, you will lose your right to cancel if these conditions are not met. works on a same day despatch system, so please try and cancel your order as soon as possible to avoid the inconvenience of returning your order. If you return your order because you have changed your mind or just don’t want the products once we receive them back you will receive a refund minus postage and packaging.


Adultshopit Returns and Exchange Policy

You may exchange unused and unopened products within 30 days for alternative items.

You have the option to exchange products for any reason for up to 30 days after purchase as long as your products are unused, unworn and unopened.

If you have ordered something in error or decide that you don’t want it, you may return it to us at your expense for a replacement within 30 days.

For hygiene reasons, AdultShopit will under no circumstances accept returns of adult toys, bondage gear, creams, lubricants, massage oils or condoms if they have been opened and or used.

Unless the returned items are defective, you have to send them back to us at your own expense, and we will only issue a full refund if the items (including packaging and accessories) have not been significantly damaged.

Returning Lingerie, Harnesses and other Clothing to AdultShopit


We give correct size indications in our ads, but should one of our lingerie items not fit you, you can return it for a refund or exchange it for an alternative product.

Refunds can only be given if you return the unused and unlaundered item to us within 30 days. You can exchange the item for an alternative product within 30 days.

It would help if you kept all tags, labels and original packing intact. If they are broken or removed, we cannot accept the returned item. In this case, we will return the item to you at your own cost.

Unless the returned items are defective, you have to send them back to us at your own expense, and we will only issue a full refund if the items (including packaging and accessories) have not been significantly damaged.

Returning a defective or faulty item to AdultShopit.

We at offer a 12-month replacement or a full refund on all faulty products. Please report any faulty product to us as soon as possible to help you with either a refund or replacement product.

If the product is defective, please give an exact description of the fault and return it in its original box with all manuals, tags, batteries and accessories for a full refund or replacement. All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you if they are working.

Please thoroughly clean all returned defective products and wrap them securely in a plastic bag in the original product box and pack them safely.

We advise you to use a standard tracked delivery service when returning any products to us so that you have proof of delivery if it happens to get lost in the post.

We will reimburse your full shipping costs if the item is found to have a manufacturers fault.

How long will it take until I get my money back?


The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation, and it will be. In practice, it will be much quicker – within seven days of us receiving your returned product or us arranging to collect it from you. Remember, refunds can only be given on items that are returned to us with 30 days of your purchase unless they are faulty.

Once you have done this, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, including the product code and returns number and wrap the package securely. You should also include a copy of the original delivery note in the package. This allows us to process your request for a refund or an exchange much faster. Where you do cancel your order, you are under a duty (until the goods are returned to us) to retain possession of them and to take reasonable care of them.

There is no need to return your item by Special Delivery, but you are advised to obtain a certificate of posting Tracked delivery  (for proof). If the item is lost and you can not prove that you sent it back to us, we will not be able to offer you an exchange or refund.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
