Are you discreet?

Yes, we use plain packaging with just your address for delivery.

Will you share my Email?

No, we will never share your Email. We only use your Email to contact you about your order or a News Letter if you have signed up for one.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

When we send a promotional email to you that you have signed up for, on the Email, you will see unsubscribe here. Click the link to unsubscribe from our promotional emails. Please allow 48 hours to take effect. You may still receive an email from us until it has been updated on our system, so please be patient.

How much warranty is there on new products I buy?

One-Year Warranty.

We warrant the device against material defects and quality issues for one year from the date of purchase when you purchase a new product for ordinary consumer use.

Do you have a walk-in store?

We are sorry we don’t have a walk-in store for the general public. We trade online from our UK-based warehouse.

Can I buy a product from your website and come and collect it?

If you purchase products from our website, you can not come in person to collect them.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we regularly ship to customers worldwide, and it’s FREE for over £100.00

What if I’m not at home when you try to deliver?

If you are not at home when the postman tries to deliver, they will leave a card and take your parcel to the nearest post office. The package will need to be signed.

Can I order some products, and if I am not at home, can the courier leave them in my shed, garage, porch, or step?

No, we are sorry, but all products need to be signed for as proof of delivery.

Can I order a product or products, and when delivered, cancel and have a full refund?

No, if you cancel or change your mind and don’t want it, you must return it to us at your expense. We will deduct postage costs that it cost us and packaging; even if you had free shipping, the shipping is only free if you keep the products.

What Couriers do you use for shipping? 

We use Royal Mail, DpD, FedEx, and Ups.

I want to place an order but fear I will be added to a mailing list.

We would never add you to a mailing list, and we don’t use paper lists, so you will never receive any paper from us in the post.

How do I cancel an order? 

We are sorry, but unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it goes straight into our processing procedure and, therefore, can not be cancelled due to the volume of orders. We are unable to chase Parcells that have left our warehouse. You will also be required to pay for delivery to return the parcel to us, and we will deduct our delivery cost plus packaging costs. We understand that you may not have paid for shipping as we offer free shipping, but the free shipping is for orders received by you and not just cancelled because you changed your mind.

I have changed my mind. I don’t want the product. Can I return a product or clothing even though I have used or worn it?

Sorry, we can not accept used or worn clothing for hygiene reasons. Please see our full returns policy.

What is your Returns Policy?

Once you have received your parcel  you can return it, if faulty a full refund or exchange will be given. Please take a look at our full returns policy here.

We are sorry we don’t have a paper catalogue. You can see our entire stock displayed on our website.
